It's called Redcord and it's a style of exercising that heavily relies on, and implements, cords/bands/suspension.
Meteorologist Steve Glazier tried this one out and says it is all core! You can workout essentially any muscle group, but the most noticeable is core. That's because your legs and arms are usually suspended and you must concentrate on controlled movements with good form, always incorporating that core. There are classes available and the exercising is quite intense! You can expect to burn plenty of calories while engaging in different movements than what you may be used to.
