How fast are you? In this week's Fit on Fox Steve Glazier gets a self assessment at Parisi Speed School in Williston, VT.

Parisi Speed School offers various tailored workouts to young kids, teenagers, high school athletes, and even adults. By the name of it and seeing the logo, you can probably lead your next thought to the fact that it's built around quickness and agility.

However it doesn't stop there. Instructor Michael Porter says the trainers teach kids balance, technique, nutrition, and give them a high confidence. The trainers also work with student athletes who are looking to bring their ability to the next level.

You can essentially do any kind of workout at the facility. It's located within the Sports & Fitness EDGE in Williston and has a 20 yard turf field, free weights, sprinting track, machines, and various testing equipment. There is a testing for the Cat Club, a test of how fast/strong you are. There are five exercises in which you're rated on, then placed in a level between one and eight, eight being the fittest. Steve Glazier fell in the Panther spot, number five.

While the Parisi Speed School helps a lot of kids achieve their fitness goals, Training For Warriors is built for the adult crowd and features high intensity workouts. You can learn more about TFW, Parisi, and more at the following website:
