Steve Glazier tried a portion of the Core Training Class at Witfit. It included an exercise ball, a mat, and a light dumbbell weight. The exercise ball doesn't cost all that much either, so this is affordable and easy to do at home.
Follow some of the exercises in the video. Steve Glazier said the most difficult one he did was what he deemed, 'the ball pass' where he was flat on the floor, lifting the ball up to his feet and transferring the ball back and forth upon each crunch upward. Also tough was the combination of push ups and 'knee ins'.
