This week's Fit on Fox takes us to Jeffersonville, Vermont where tucked away near Smugglers' Notch Ski Resort is an expansive area of lines, ropes, ladders, tires, wood, etc. high in the trees!

Originally Steve Glazier was going to tape this segment and it was postponed because of severe weather. The next opportunity didn't have the severe weather, but it was steadily raining the entire time! We guess he just wanted a challenge and the weather was not on his side for this Fit on Fox shoot.

Nonetheless Arbortrek Canopy Adventures President Mike Smith took Steve on the Treetop Obstacle Course, rain or shine. This involves everything from balancing on a log, walking on a broken staircase, climbing a net, swinging on ropes, ziplining across the land, all while being suspended in the trees! Steve was secure with a harness and locking mechanism that ensured he wasn't going to fall to the ground.

This workout was mainly about core. Steve had to balance and concentrate on putting one foot in front of the other very carefully. In order to do this, he had to relax a little bit. Being too tight and edgy made it tougher!

There is also upper body strength with this, swinging from rope to rope and climbing on nets. Mike took Steve around some of the levels on the course, which range from green to black similar to the difficulty on the slopes. This is an exercising adventure the whole family can do from the youngsters to the adults.
