Budget, Controversial Bill Headed to Sununu's Desk

Concord, New Hampshire - New Hampshire Lawmakers passed the state's budget and it's heading to the governor's desk.

The Governor will also get the fetal homicide bill.

The law would allow the state to bring charges if an unborn child dies from criminal action.
Some democrats fear it could be used to punish pregnant women for quote risky behaviors.
