Couple Charged in Death of Infant Appear in Court

Concord, New Hampshire -

A Concord, New Hampshire couple appeared in court, charged in the death of their two-month-old son.

Police say methamphetamine played a role in the death of Bradford Ross and Kayla Austin’s child.

Officers were called to their home last August for an unresponsive baby.

Police say conditions were terrible. It was clear the pair was using and selling meth.

Both are charged with negligent homicide and manslaughter.

The two also have a one-year-old daughter who has been removed from their care.
