Essex Junction Man Dies in Motorcycle Crash in New Haven

NEW HAVEN, Vt. - A 29-year old Essex Junction man died in a motorcycle crash in New Haven Saturday afternoon, according to Vermont State Police.

Police say the crash involved two motorcycles and a pickup truck on Route 7 at the intersection of Campground Road in New Haven.

Police say the motorcyclists were traveling northbound and collided with one another before crossing the center line and hitting the pickup truck.

Christopher Dusablon was pinned underneath the truck until rescuers could remove him, according to police. He was pronounced dead at Porter Hospital.

The other motorcyclist, Joshua Morris, 25, of Bakersfield, Vt., was ejected from his motorcycle and possibly suffered a broken leg.

The pickup truck driver was not injured.

The crash shut down US Route 7 for several hours.

It remains under investigation.
