Four men were arrested Friday night after a shooting in Putney.

Vermont State Police say an altercation between two men led to shots being fired inside a home on Hi Lo Biddy Road.

An investigation revealed that Jason Robinson fired the first shots at Robull Bryant and Alfred Spellman who then returned fire.

Police also arrested another man in the home, Jason Bunch who had an outstanding federal warrant.

The investigation is ongoing, but police say there is no threat to the public.
