Franklin County, NY: State of Emergency Rescinded

Officials in Franklin County, New York have rescinded the State of Emergency and offices will reopen Monday at 9 a.m.

Franklin County
officials say they will continue to monitor weather conditions and are prepared to reactivate the Emergency Operations Center if there is a need.

A State of Emergency was declared in Franklin County on Saturday morning due to the ice storm.
