Lamoille County Sheriff Investigates Death

Johnson, Vt - The Lamoille County Sheriff's Department says a Vermont man died despite receiving two doses of Narcan.

However, officials aren't calling it an overdose at this stage in their investigation.

The incident was reported last Wednesday but officials didn't release information until today.

Crews responded to a home on West Highland Road in Johnson for a report of an unconscious man.

Officials say 35-year-old Patrick Daniels was pronounced dead at the scene.

A toxicology report is pending.
