BURLINGTON, Vt. - A dozen artists painted for a good cause.
Magic Hat is celebrating it's fifth year with it's annual live art competition called "Wall to Canvas."
The event featured music, food and of course art.
The 12 featured artists are given two hours to complete a painting, and the finished product is auctioned off.
"I think its really unique for people to be able to watch them create the art opposed to just going and seeing art. To see it live I think just elevates it so much more. And if you walk around you'll see people are just really kind of hypnotized by what's going on out there," said Dani Gleason, Magic Hat Marketing Manager.
The event raises money for the Shelburne Craft School.
Half of the money from the auction goes to the school, and the other half goes to the artist.
