Man Connected to 2010 Killing Violates Court Order

Sheffeild, Vermont -

A man behind bars in connection to the murder of a Sheffield grandmother violated a court order again.

Vermont State Police say conditions were set on Keith Baird to have no contact with a list of potential witnesses related to the 2010 shooting death of Mary Pat O’Hagan.

Baird was cited last week for violating those conditions when police say he wrote three letters to one witness.

This isn't the first time. In October state police say Baird called two people he wasn't allowed to have contact with.

A judge dropped a murder charge against Baird in May 2016, but he still faces burglary and kidnapping charges.
