- Stress: Based on 11 factors. Jobs scored higher with greater physical demands, meaning higher levels of stress. Higher numbers = higher levels of stress.
- Hiring Outlook: Factors employment growth, income growth potential, and unemployment for that job. Higher scores indicate a more promising outlook than lower scores.
