About one in five Ivy League college students say they use stimulants to study. Some say, they don't think it's a problem.

The data comes from a study presented at the Pediatric Academic Societies annual meeting.

Researchers talked to 600 students without ADHD. Eighteen percent of them said they misused medication.

Meanwhile, a third of those same students didn't think using stimulants was considered cheating.
