If you wake up early on Monday, be sure to look east. About 45 minutes before sunrise, which is around 5:15 AM, Jupiter and Venus will be extremely close together. They'll be separated by less than a degree or so.

The pre-dawn show will be the closest pass between two planets all year. For Jupiter and Venus in particular, it's the closest they've been since 2000.
