ENFIELD, N.H. - A Quebec driver crashed into a New Hampshire State Police cruiser on I-89 in Enfield early Sunday morning. The accident happened at around 3:30 a.m.

New Hampshire State Police say the trooper had his lights on and was at the scene of a motor vehicle crash. Xuan Nguygen, 30, traveling north, lost control of his vehicle and stuck the driver's side of the cruiser and then struck the rear of the tractor trailer involved in the first crash.

No one was injured from the crash. All three of the vehicles received minor damage and were able to drive away from the scene.

Nguygen was charged with negligent operation.

Police are reminding drivers to slow down and operate at safe speeds during inclement weather conditions.
