CONCORD, N.H. - The New Hampshire House is considering a bill that would prohibit the use of hand-held devices while driving.  The bill would exempt emergency personnel who are working and need it to do their job in emergency situations.

Drivers will be allowed to use a hands-free device.

If passed, anyone in violation could face a $100 fine.

The House is expected to vote on the bill on Wednesday.
