NH Senate Passes Bill Ending Parental Rights for Fathers in Sexual Assault Cases

CONCORD, N.H. - The New Hampshire Senate has passed a bill that would terminate parental rights of a father whose child was born as a result of a sexual assault. 

The legislation would permit out-of-state convictions in terminating parental rights. 

The bill now heads to the New Hampshire House.
