Heroin Dealer Sentenced to 4 Years in Prison

MALONE, N.Y. - A heroin dealer was sentenced to four years in prison Monday. 

A press release says Chad M. Gilman, 26, of Brushton, N.Y., pleaded guilty to two counts of 3rd degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. 

Gilman was arrested on September 26, 2013 for selling heorin on August 16, 2012; August 17, 2012; and September 21, 2012 in the town of Bombay, N.Y.

In addition to his four year prison sentence, Gilman was sentenced to two years post-release supervision, forfeiture of $9,354 cash and two televisions seized, license suspension, and payment of $625.00 in restitution.
