ALBANY, N.Y. - The New York State Legislature passed the medical marijuana bill known as the Compassionate Care Act on Friday.

It's now headed to Governor Andrew Cuomo's desk.

If he signs it, New York will be the only state that does not allow patients to smoke the drug.
