NH Police: Man Arrested for Stealing DMV Employee's Phone, License

Concord, NH - New Hampshire State Police say a Northfield man was arrested after stealing a DMV employee's driver's license and cell phone.

Officials say they were called to the DMV in Concord on Thursday around 4:30, for the theft of an employees cell phone.

Authorities say after looking at surveillance video and speaking with witnesses, the suspect was identified as Adam Cordano, 35, with a last known address in Northfield, NH.

On Friday, a trooper got an arrest warrant for Cordano, according to a release from NH State Police.  Cordano was found in Allenstown, NH, and was taken into custody without incident, according to police.

Officials say the DMV employee's driver's license was recovered.

Authorities say Cordano refused bail and is being held ahead of his arraignment on Monday.
