Police Catch 2 Men Buying More Than $5,000 Worth of Cigarettes with Stolen Credit Cards

Hooksett, Nh - Two men were arrested at a New Hampshire rest stop for buying more than $5,000 worth cigarettes cartons with stolen and fraudulent.

New Hampshire State Police say the men were at the Hooksett rest stop on Interstate 93.

Over the past few months, Davon Susana and Alberto Rodriguez stopped at the welcome centers in Hooksett to buy cigarettes. New Hampshire State Police say they believe the men would then resell them in the New York City area.

Susana gave a fake name to troopers and they later learned he was wanted for robbery in New York City.

Both were taken to the Merrimack County Jail and are headed to court Monday.

Rodriguez is being charged with Operating After Suspension, Fraudulent Use Of a Credit Card and Identity Fraud.

Susana is being charged with being a Fugitive From Justice, False Reports to Law Enforcement and Fraudulent Use Of a Credit Card.
