South Burlington, Vt. - South Burlington Police say a Colchester man was arrested on Monday for stealing a car from a dealership.
Police say the car was reported missing on June 21 and was found on June 23 but the driver of the car had fled on foot.
Investigators say the driver of the car was identified as Jeremiah Smith, 37 of Colchester.
According to police, Smith was held at Chittenden Regional Correctional for lack of $10,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.
