St. Albans Police say, a man was arrested on Monday, for using a counterfeit $100 dollar bill at the Breakyard Quick Stop on Federal Street.

Investigators say they were able to identify the suspect, Patrick Cole, 27, of St. Albans with the store’s surveillance camera.

Officials say Cole already had a warrant for his arrest, for failing to appear in court, on a Heroin Possession Charge.

Cole was held at the North West Regional Correction Center, and is scheduled to appear on Tuesday at the Franklin Superior Court.
