SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt. - A Williston man is facing a third DUI charge after police say he left the scene of a crash in South Burlington.

Around 9:30 Friday night, South Burlington Police received a report of a truck with a plow that had crashed into a light pole on Lime Kiln Road.
