Police: Woman Arrested in Clinton County for Allegedly Selling Drugs Near a School

Clinton County, N.Y. - New York State Police say a 50-year-old woman was arrested for allegedly selling drugs near a school in Clinton County. 

Officials say, Jaqueline Boyette, was arrested on May 3 after a warrant was issued during a drug investigation with New York State Police’s Narcotic Enforcement Unit.

According to police, Boyette was arraigned in Clinton County Court on the charges of criminal sale of a controlled substance, one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance (On or Near School Grounds) and criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd Degree, for selling cocaine.

Officials say Boyette is being held at Clinton County Jail for lack of $20,000 bail.
