RADM Poulin Talks Border Security, Ice Safety

Rear Admiral Steven Poulin, Commander of the First Coast Guard District, oversees all Coast Guard missions across eight states in the Northeast.

The First Coast Guard District encompasses over 2,000 miles of coastline from the U.S.-Canadian border to northern New Jersey. 

Poulin assumed the duties of Commander in May 2016.  He joins Morning Anchors Brittney Hibbs and Megan Carpenter to discuss a range of topics, from border security to safety on Lake Champlain.
