Bristol, Vt. - Bristol Police say three people were arrested on Sunday for selling heroin.
According to police, Edward Chaloux, 26, Corrine Cantin, 50, and Derek Jackson, 49, all of Bristol were arrested after police found 205 bags of heroin, worth over $6,000 at a home on South Street.
Police say on July 16 a report came in about drugs being found on the side of the road. Police say this led to an investigation of two residences on South Street.
Police say the suspects are scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court in Middlebury in August to answer to the charges of trafficking heroin. According to police Chaloux and Cantin are also being charged with false information to law enforcement.
