3 Arrested on Drug Charges in St. Albans

ST. ALBANS, Vt. - Three people were arrested Sunday night on drug charges in St. Albans. 

St. Albans Police say their investigation into a heroin overdose on Friday led them to a residence on Federal Street. Police located and seized heroin, Dilaudid, and crack cocaine at the residence. 

Danny Barratt, 56, George Behm, 54, and Spencer Cline, 54, all of St. Albans, were arrested. Barratt is charged with possession of crack cocaine and heroin, Behm is charged with possession of heroin, and Cline is charged with possession of narcotics. 

Behm and Barratt were lodged at the Northwest State Correctional Facility for lack of $10,000 bail each. 


Cline was released on a citation to appear in court in June.
