DORSET, Vt. - A motorcyclist is seriously injured after crashing into a car on Route 30 in the Town of Dorset.

It happened around 2:00 p.m. Sunday.

Vermont State Police say the driver of the car, Pamela Tremper-Debona, 71, attempted to turn into a residential driveway and failed to yield to Becky Dix, 44, driving the motorcycle.

Police say Dix hit the front of the car, which caused her to go off the road.

She was airlifted to Dartmouth Hospital for serious injuries.
