Cause of Death Released For UVM Student Who Died Skiing

BURLINGTON, Vt. -  We now know how a UVM student died in a skiing accident.

19-year-old Kendra Bowers died from cuts to her brainstem and a spinal fracture. Her injuries were consistent with blunt force trauma.

Bowers was skiing with family when she struck a pole Saturday. She was wearing a helmet.
