During Stop Police Find Marijuana, Cash in Child's Backpack

BRADFORD, Vt. - During a traffic stop on I-91S in Bradford, Vermont State Police found 1/4 pound of processed marijuana and a large amount of money in a child's backpack. 

According to Vermont State Police, Lucy How, 23, of Tunbridge, Vt., was arrested and charged with felony possession and sale of marijuana. A passenger Julian Buscemi, 24, of New Salem, Mass., is wanted for the same charges. 

Vermont State Police say troopers were unable to locate him. During the stop police also found drug paraphernalia and cultivating equipment.
