FLETCHER, Vt. - Vermont State Police say a father and his two sons were arrested after a rollover accident following a day of fishing.

Police say they responded to a single vehicle rollover on Cambridge Road around 7:50 p.m. Saturday night. Operator Joshua Woodward, 22, of Fairfax, Vt. was drunk at the time of the crash, according to police. A preliminary breath test conducted by officers on scene revealed his blood alcohol content was three-times the legal limit. He also had a criminally suspended license, according to police.

While rescue crews were evaluating Joshua, his brother and father arrived on scene in a different vehicle.

The driver, 19 year-old Nicholas Woodward, exited the truck to check on his brother. As his sons spoke to authorities, Brian Woodward, 46, then moved from the passenger seat of the truck to the driver's seat. He moved the vehicle closer to the scene. Police quickly released he was under the influence, and also had a blood alcohol content that was three-times the legal limit.

As troopers continued to speak with Nicholas, it was determined he was also drunk. He was arrested and is due in court later this month, according to police.

Joshua and his father Brian are due in court in September, police say.
