Former Smugglers' Notch Employee Charged With 35 Counts of False Pretenses

HYDE PARK, Vt. - According to the Lamoille County State's Attorney's Office, former Smugglers' Notch employee Andrea Miller is charged with 35 counts of false pretenses. 

Miller will be arraigned Wednesday in Lamoille Superior Court. 

Miller was convicted of embezzlement in 1996 from her former employer Jack F. Corse, Inc. of Cambridge, Vt.
