Four Arrested For Selling Crack Cocaine in the Burlington Area

BURLINGTON, Vt. - A big drug bust in Burlington Thursday morning.

Police say it was the result of a two-month long investigation into major drug dealers in the area.

Police conducted three search warrants simultaneously in the old north end. Those took place on Murray Street, Grant Street and Converse Court.

"Arrested at least 5 people suspected of selling drugs to undercover operatives," Burlington Police Chief Mike Schirling said. "Seized cash, drugs, and at least one hand gun"

Police arrested and charged William Hylton, 26, of Manhattan, N.Y.,  Leon Delima, 25, Burlington, Vt.,
Evelyn Ingram, 19, of Burlington, Vt., and Mitch White, 51, of Burlington Vt., with felony sale of cocaine.

White was lodged on $15,000 bail, Hylton was lodged on $15,000 bail, Ingram on $5,000 bail, and Delima on $100,000 bail.

Police are still and investigating and further charges are expected.
