BURLINGTON, Vt. - The Chittenden County State's Attorney's Office says they won't prosecute the seven men arrested on prostitution charges in South Burlington last month.

The men instead will be required to take a class educating them on the complex issues surrounding prostitution.

"Prostitution can involve violence against women, addiction and in some circumstances can be human trafficking," Chittenden County State's Attorney T.J. Donovan said. "It's important that we educate community members that prostitution is far more complex and dangerous than just a business transaction."

The class will be run by the Give Way To Freedom organization.
