MIDDLEBURY, Vt. - Residents in Middlebury headed back to the polls. This time on whether to approve a bond vote for the second time.

Voters already said yes to a bond that would help fund a new town office and a public recreation facility. A petition called for a re-vote.

"They've been trying to get a new business here for years and the buildings in bad shape, so its important to get a many people out to vote as we can," Lurent Lussier Jr., Middlebury Voter, said.
If the majority say "yes" tonight, the vote stands. Under state statute, if the majority vote is "no", it must meet a minimum number of votes.
