Police Investigating Armed Robbery at Cumberland Farms in Richmond

RICHMOND, Vt. - Police are investigating an armed robbery that happened at the Cumberland Farms Store at the corner of Bridge Street and West Main Street in Richmond. The armed robbery happened at around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Police say the store clerk called 911 after being robbed at gun point. The man then fled the store on foot. 

Police believe the man had a vehicle parked nearby and left the area before police arrived. 

The individual is described as being 5'6" tall, having a smaller build, and wearing a bandanna over his face.
