RUTLAND, Vt. -  Rutland City Police are investigating what they're calling a suspicious fire. And it may not end there.

The fire happened around 5:30 a.m. on Cleveland Avenue.

Crews were able to knock it down. Police say it was intentionally set.

The day before, a woman in apartment at the very same address was arrested. Police say Colleen Keefe was in posession of crack cocaine.

Due to a fire, police say a tenant in a second floor apartment did go to the hospital for smoke inhalation.
