Police: Number of Cats Reported Being Attacked or Missing in Rutland

RUTLAND, Vt. - Rutland City Police are advising residents to keep pets indoors, especially at night.

Police say the department has received a number of reports of missing or attacked cats. These incidents have primarily been reported in the areas of Lincoln, Phillips, Field, and Vernon Avenues; however, there have been other reports in the city.
