WINOOSKI, VT- A Winooski woman is accused of robbing the Fastop Convenience Store on Friday.

Police say Heather Casey, 38, walked into the store Friday night stating that she had a gun. She is accused of placing her hand in her jacket and pointing the gun at the clerk. Casey left the store with about $200.

Police identified a man that entered the store with Casey from surveillance footage as 22-year-old Dylan Wright. After speaking with Wright, police were able to identify the woman and locate her at an address on Lafountain Street. Casey was then taken into custody.

Police say Casey was recently arrested on an outstanding retail theft warrant, this was during a drug search involving an immigration and customs enforcement helicopter in late March on Lafountain Street.

Casey is being held at the Chittenden County Correctional Center.
