Palmer's Sugarhouse is kicking off the maple sugaring season this weekend through April, you can stop by for the snack, and learn a few things about how they make it.
"Maple syrup that's cooked to a specific temperature that changes it to a taffy like end, where you can wrap it around a stick and it sits on top of snow which we use shaved ice for the snow and it comes with a traditional donut and a pickle," said David Palmer, Owner.
Sugar on snow will be going on at Palmers for the next six weekends.
