VT Man Sentenced to 5 Years For Distributing Crack Cocaine

BURLINGTON, Vt. - A Vermont man was sentenced to 5 years for distributing crack cocaine. 

According to court documents, the Burlington Police Department conducted a controlled purchase of crack cocaine from Eric Pack, 54, of Burlington, Vt., in February and March 2013.

At the time, Pack was on probation with the state of Vermont for possession of stolen property. 

A press release says Pack was arrested in June 2013 and plead guilty in January 2014. 

Pack was also sentenced to three years supervised release.
