HARTLAND, Vt. - Vermont State Police arrested a New Hampshire man after finding him walking in the middle of Route 5 in Hartland.
Police say they found Stephen Hill, 40, of Claremont, NH in the early morning hours on Monday.
An investigation later revealed Hill was in possession of heroin/fentanyl and bath salts.
Hill was taken into custody and processed for the offense.
He is scheduled to appear before a judge in May.
