Friday night, we all get chilly with a cold air recipe in place. Clear skies, dry air and lighter winds will allow lows to fall into the upper 30s & low 40s by Saturday morning. Places like Tupper Lake & Saranac Lake will drop into the upper 20s! Quite the change from the 80s & 90s we had on Wednesday & Thursday. We'll turn it around nicely Saturday afternoon under mostly sunny skies. Highs will cruise into the low to middle 60s; below normal but still comfortable.
Sunday looks good too and that's great news if you're joining us at the JDRF One Walk at CVU Sunday morning. Registration starts at 9am, it'll be in the mid 50s with a good amount of sun. The walk starts at 10, the sun will continue to shine and temperatures will be on the move as we get moving! Lauren Maloney is emceeing and many of us from Local 22 & Local 44 will be there walking! We'll quickly warm into the low 70s by Sunday afternoon. Much of the day will be dry until showers arrive by late evening.
Next week will be rather unsettled with just one dry day, that's Tuesday. Another pesky upper level low will sit and spin over the Great Lakes & Northeast. It'll be cloudy with a daily shot at showers but at least we'll be on the warm side of the system. Highs will be in the 60s & low 70s with lows in the 40s.
Have a great weekend!
