Torrance's Forecast: - Another beautiful day across northern New England and New York's north country. Morning lows were chilly, Lyndon State College in the Northeast Kingdom recorded a morning low of 40°. As for Saranac Lake a bone chilling 33° was felt this morning. Largely temperatures warmed into the upper 60s and low 70s across the region which is still 5-10 degrees below seasonable average. Good news, we are warming up into the middle and upper 70s which is seasonable. In the now, we are looking at mostly clear conditions thanks to a strong area of high pressure. A few patches of fog may develop into the morning hours Monday in sheltered valleys and hollows. Overnight lows will once again reach the low 40s to low 50s.
Looking ahead Monday into Wednesday we are quiet as well, still thanks to a building area of high pressure. Over the course of the next three days we are looking at temperatures in the middle 70s for daytime highs and upper 40s and low 50s for overnight lows. Comes Thursday we have a little hiccup in the forecast from a weak front the will pop up a few isolated showers, temperatures will start falling back in the low 70s Thursday and then middle 60s for Friday. Next weekend we are quiet on Saturday and sunny with highs in the low 70s, and come Sunday we are partly cloudy with spotty showers possible.
Overall some great weather for The Champlain Valley Fair, here is the forecast for the fair grounds in Essex Junction Vermont.
Have a great week!
