Weather: Warm, Sunny, Spot Afternoon Showers (7/31/17) A.M.

Torrance's Forecast Discussion

Torrance's Forecast: - Hello everyone, hope you all had a great weekend! I know I did, spent Saturday hiking Mount Philo with family from Rhode Island and then a day at Leddy Beach in Burlington on Sunday. The great weather will try to continue to hold on as a weak cold front will impact our region this afternoon. This is what we can expect for our Monday, a few morning clouds and areas of patchy fog with morning temperatures in the 50s. As the morning fog lifts we are looking at mix of sun and clouds during the afternoon, with a few spot showers. A weak cold front will slide south out of Quebec late morning into the early afternoon. That will help spark those showers, not everyone will see showers since they will be isolated.

Monday night any left over showers will end, and we are left with generally clear conditions. Spotty areas of morning fog will once again develop by Tuesday morning. Tuesday will be a near repeat of Monday, just a few degrees cooler. The rain threat will be lower as well, as the front has already passed. While we are wrapping up July and heading into August it will feel very much like summer this week with highs in the 80s along with some humidity.

Monday: Mix of sun and clouds, a weak cold front will allow for a few spotty showers and a weak thunderstorm. Daytime high near 85°. Wind: Southwest 5-8mph.

Tonight: A few clouds about, and patchy fog. Overnight low near 61°. Wind: Calm'

Tuesday: Sun and clouds, a spotty shower possible. Daytime high near 82°. Wind: North 3-5mph.

Wednesday: Outside a few clouds, we are mostly sunny. Warm, daytime high near 88°. Wind: Southwest 5mph.

Have a great Monday!
