A woman is facing three more charges in a fatal crash that happened in Swanton in September.
Maria Carlson, 35, pleaded not guilty to possession of heroin and two counts of DUI resulting in death.
Carlson is accused of hitting and killing Dianne Bohannon and Robert Benjamin while speeding on Route 7. Police say she had fresh track marks on her arms and a needle was found in her car at the time of the crash.
Carlson previously pleaded not guilty to two counts of gross negiglent operation resulting in death.
