Josh Cingranelli is Local 22 and Local 44's morning meteorologist.

Where did you grow up?
I was born in Rome, NY and grew up in Lisbon, CT which is in eastern Connecticut.

Where did you attend school?
Lyndon State College

Where have you worked previously?
I interned at NBC Connecticut (WVIT) in Hartford, CT for two years. I also provided forecasts for News 7 at Lyndon State College.

What is the most challenging story you've ever done?
Covering storms like Irene and Sandy can be very challenging especially when there is so much death and destruction.

Who is your favorite national correspondent?
Jim Cantore from the Weather Channel is somebody I've idolized since I was a little kid.

What are your hobbies?
My favorite hobby is being a volunteer firefighter it's fun and very rewarding. I also enjoy snowboarding, golfing, fishing, kayaking, and hiking.

What are your favorite sports teams?
Born in New York I have always been a fan of the Yankees, Jets, Knicks, and Rangers.

What is your favorite book?
Northeast Snowstorms by Paul Kocin and Dr. Louis Uccellini.

What is your favorite food?
Surf and turf

What is one thing you would put on a "bucket list"?
I've always wanted to go skydiving.
