LaDuc Finally Wins on a Wild Night at Devil's Bowl

WEST HAVEN, Vt. - Following two years without a victory, Orwell, Vermont's Tim LaDuc grabbed the checkered flag in the Dirt Track Sportsman Modified Feature Sunday night at Devil's Bowl.

The race, which saw inaugural track champion  Mert “Socks” Hulbert honored, was a chaotic one.  Coming down the stretch,  Vince Quenneville Jr. and Bobby Hackel hooked their cars together, with Quenneville finishing ahead by a nose.  Both drivers would have their cars towed off the track and they would have to ride the truck into victory lane.

The Super Stock feature saw Josh Bussino of Mount Holly, Vermont pick up his first win in the division in dominating fashion.  He was forced to drive a backup car following a hard crash the week before.
